With two decades of experience cultivating healthy operational ecosystems, I bring a holistic capacity for systems thinking, relational facilitation, and Strategic Change Integration--my framework for translating vision into scalable, sustainable models for implementation. I partner with organizations to develop the connective tissue and adaptive practices that align people, process, and systems to catalyze empowered operational culture. As a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner, I support organizations in building the foundations that effective movements depend on. I walk alongside teams as they learn to embody and sustain the operational culture they’re creating. From early planning through post-implementation recovery, I guide organizations through complex transitions while fostering cultures rooted in trust, clarity, and long-term resilience. My expertise includes capacity building, organizational assessment, business process design, CRM solution architecture, and fundraising operations. I’ve developed integrated support infrastructure for intricate affiliate models, surfaced systemic improvement opportunities through assessment, and supported CRM change processes across organizations of all sizes. My experience as an artist and entrepreneur has sharpened my ability to navigate complexity with creative problem-solving and critical insight, enabling me to develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful change.
